The 2020 Leisure Riesling Pinot gris is carefully hand harvested and sourced 100% from the Biodynamic® Keeler Estate Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA.
Fermentation & Élevage
After both the Riesling and Pinot gris fruit is gently pressed, the juice is settled separately for just 24 hours before spontaneous fermentation begins in concrete and neutral French oak barrels. After primary fermentation, the wine is aged in neutral French oak for eight to ten months before select quantities are blended together for bottling.
